Reservation Policies
Deposit Information: A deposit of the one night's accommodation and state sales tax will be taken at the time your reservation is made. This deposit is fully-refundable up to 72 hours prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to honor your lodging reservations, please cancel by 4 pm three days (72 hours) prior to our 4 pm check-in time to avoid forfeiting your room deposit. If you reduce your length of stay within 72 hours of arrival, you will be responsible for the full night’s room and tax. If you are booked over a minimum night requirement or holiday package and elect to depart prior to your scheduled departure date, you will be charged the full length of your reservation. Spa reservations and golf tee times must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty.
Early Check-In Policy: Check-in time is 4:00 pm Should you arrive early, check your luggage with the Bell Desk and enjoy a round of golf, a therapeutic spa treatment, or have a snack in one of our restaurants.
Early Departure Policy: There will be a $75 early departure charge should you check out prior to the scheduled departure date. If booked with a minimum night requirement or as a holiday package, you will be charged the full cost of your reservation. [Only applicable to a package rate code]
Package Rate: Your package rate excludes all taxes, fees and $25 daily resort charge, which covers toll-free and local calling, in-room high-speed Internet access, entrance to the Sports Complex, in-room coffee and tea, on-property shuttle service, and daily newspaper available at Front Desk. If you need to reschedule or modify your reservation, your rate is subject to change.
Daily Resort Charge: A mandatory $25.00 daily resort charge will be added to the room rate which covers toll-free and local calling, in-room high-speed Internet access, entrance to the Sports Complex, in-room coffee and tea, on-property shuttle service, and daily newspaper available at Front Desk. If you need to reschedule or modify your reservation, your rate is subject to change.
Governmental Fees: The room rate and daily resort charge are subject to imposed fees and taxes.
Service Charges: An 18% service charge is added to all food and beverage charges excluding Horizons, Spa Café and Cabana Grille. Additional gratuity is at your discretion.
Pet Fee: A fee of $130 will be applied per reservation when traveling with your pet. Whether you are visiting for work or play, two dogs up to 60 lbs are welcome at The Grove Park Inn. Pet friendly rooms are located in the Vanderbilt wing.
Rollaway Beds: Rollaway beds are available for $20 per night. Requests are granted based on availability.
