Daily Resort Service Charge: The $25.00 daily resort charge includes local calling, in-room high-speed internet access, in-room coffee and tea, on-property shuttle service, guided history tour, daily newspaper which is available in our Great Hall, access to the Sunset Mountain Hiking Trail as well as access to the Sports Complex with indoor pool and outdoor tennis courts.
Deposit Information: A deposit of the one night's accommodation and state sales tax will be taken at the time your reservation is made.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to honor your lodging reservations, please cancel by 4 pm, seven (7) days prior to our 4 pm check-in time to avoid forfeiting your room deposit. If you reduce your length of stay within seven (7) days of arrival, you will be responsible for the full night’s room and tax. If you are booked over a minimum night requirement or holiday package and elect to depart prior to your scheduled departure date, you will be charged the full length of your reservation. Spa reservations and golf tee times must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty.
Early Check-In Policy: Check-in time is 4:00 pm Should you arrive early, check your luggage with the Bell Desk and enjoy a round of golf, a therapeutic spa treatment, or have a snack in one of our restaurants.
Early Departure Policy: There will be a early departure charge of one night's room rate and tax should you check out prior to the scheduled departure date. If booked with a minimum night requirement or as a holiday package, you will be charged the full cost of your reservation. [Only applicable to a package rate code]
Package Rate: Your package rate excludes all taxes, fees and $25 daily resort charge, which covers local calling, in-room high-speed internet access, entrance to the Sports Complex, in-room coffee and tea, on-property shuttle service, and daily newspaper available at Front Desk. If you need to reschedule or modify your reservation, your rate is subject to change.
Governmental Fees: The room rate and daily resort charge are subject to imposed fees and taxes.
Gratuity: 20% gratuity is added to all food and beverage dining checks for parties of 8 or more. For parties less than 8, gratuity is at your own discretion.
Pet Policy: Pet rooms are limited and are based on availability.
Two dogs up to 60 lbs each are welcome at The Omni Grove Park Inn if a valid credit card is on file. Please note that our pet policy extends only to dogs. Extreme or wild animals are not allowed. The guest will be required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage, personal injury or disturbance caused by the dog(s). Each room with a dog(s) will be charged a cleaning charge of $130 per stay (the charge is per room not per dog). At no time may the dog be left alone in the room. In the event that a dog begins to bark or is the cause of guest complaints, the guest will be asked to remove the pet and may be liable for financial compensation to those guests disturbed. Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from our pet policy. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort and companionship do not qualify from this exemption under the ADA guidelines. For your convenience, our pet floors are premium rooms located on the second and third floors of the Vanderbilt Wing. Pet rooms are limited and are based on availability.
