This card may be used for any Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa product or service including accommodations, dining, spa, golf and our shops (Signature of Grove Park, Tastings of Grove Park, Christmas in the Park, Treasures from the Park, Resort Boutique and Gallery of the Mountains).  Additional funds may be purchased and reloaded onto an existing Gift Card.

All Gift Cards are shipped via FedEx based on the following cost per shipping address: FedEx Ground Delivery $10, FedEx 2 Day $15, FedEx Standard Overnight $20 (delivery by 3 pm).  Shipping method does NOT include one (1) business day processing time.  Orders received after 2:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day.  

Gift Cards can also be purchased at the Front Desk, Concierge, Bellstand, Golf and Spa. To purchase your gift card over the phone, please call 1-800-438-5800.

NOTE: This card cannot be returned or redeemed for the balance in cash. If this card is lost, stolen or used without permission, it cannot be replaced without proof of purchase and balance verification. This card has no expiration date; however, if the card is not used within a 24 consecutive month period, a $1.00 per month service fee will be deducted from the card balance until balance is depleted.  FedEx business days are defined as MO-FR only (no Saturday delivery).  If shipping via FedEx 2Day on a Thursday or FedEx Standard Overnight on a Friday, delivery will be the following Monday.
