• Are there any additional service charges?
For your convenience, a 20% service charge is automatically applied to your bill and distributed to the staff. Additional gratuities are appreciated but not expected.
• What are the Spa's hours of operation?
8:00 am–9:00 pm daily. Hours may vary by season.
• Why should I check in an hour before my appointment time?
The Spa is more than a place to relax – it's a destination. The Spa's unique design features a myriad of amenities and spectacular minerals, such as our therapeutic waterfall pool, relaxation pool and lap pool. To allow you time to make use of these amenities, we recommend that you arrive at least an hour before your first treatment. The exception is for those with 8:30 am appointments, who should arrive at 8:00 am. Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service. Upon arrival to The Spa, you will be asked to complete a brief health form to assist The Spa therapists in providing you the best experience possible and to assure your safety and comfort. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your Spa experience. Use the time to dip into one of the pools, relax in the sauna or sink into a Therapeutic Waterfall pool before your treatment. Warm muscles benefit most from bodywork. Soak in the mountain views from our spectacular outdoor whirlpool. Afterward, linger in front of the fire in one of our luxurious men's or women's lounges. Take your time and enjoy your getaway.
• Is there a cancellation fee if I am unable to make my scheduled Spa treatment?
Scheduled Spa treatments require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid full treatment cost.
• Can I visit The Spa without having a treatment?
Try a Spa Day Pass, which lets you enjoy The Spa's amenities (hot tubs, steam room, eucalyptus inhalation room, sauna, waterfall whirlpools, one of our mineral, lap or contrast plunge pools followed by a retreat to lounge by the fireside) without a treatment. When available, Day Passes may be purchased upon entry to The Spa. Availability is limited.
• Spa Access Fee
If you have a treatment scheduled, you may enjoy The Spa's wonderful amenities at any time during the day of your treatment. If you do not have a treatment scheduled, you will need to purchase a Spa Day Pass. When available, Day Passes may be purchased upon entry to The Spa. Guests must be ready to enter The Spa at the time of Day Pass purchase. The Spa is open for day-guest access from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

$75 Monday–Thursday, for resort guests
$95 Monday–Thursday, for non-resort guests
$105 Friday–Sunday, for resort guests only
• Twilight Spa Passes
Twilight Pass sales are limited and are not sold in advance. When available, Twilight Passes may be purchased upon entry to The Spa beginning at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, only. Currently Twilight Spa Passes are only available for overnight resort guests.

• Does The Spa serve food and beverages?
Yes. Adjacent to The Spa's main entrance you'll find the Spa Café, which serves a health conscious menu with limited breakfast, salads, sandwiches and wraps. Our café also offers an extensive line of fresh juices, smoothies and alcoholic beverages. The Café offers poolside service for guests using The Spa. Seating and takeout are also available.
• Is there an age requirement?
To preserve the sanctuary of The Spa, only guests 18 years of age or older are permitted.
• What to Bring
You will need to bring your bathing suit and sunglasses for our pool areas and workout gear if you plan to use the Spa fitness room. Robes, slippers and towels are provided for use to all guests. Please do not bring jewelry to The Spa, as we cannot secure these or other valuables.
• Spa Etiquette
Help us keep The Spa a sanctuary of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other Spa guests by refraining from using all electronic equipment while at The Spa. We ask that you speak softly and enjoy the silence. The Spa is a non-smoking facility.
To protect the privacy of our guests, tours of the facility are not available for non-Spa guests.
