The lunch, dinner and light fare menus feature delicious offerings that use fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. The chef tailors the traditional steakhouse menu based on the availability of the freshest high-quality ingredients, using classic and modern preparations on USDA Prime beef, pork, lamb, poultry and fresh fish from the Carolina coast. Both steaks and chops are hand cut and aged for 21 days. We encourage you to try the pan roasted North Carolina day boat catch, lobster pasta or the 21-day aged filet finished with the chef's house butter. The Sunset Terrace offers a charming and sophisticated Asheville steakhouse experience with incredible views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Asheville's skyline.
