To confirm your non-group reservation, a deposit for the the first night stay, plus state tax will been charged to your credit card. Guest room reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date to ensure a full refund of your deposit. Spa reservations and golf tee times must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid a 100% cancellation penalty.
For charitable donation or sponsorship requests benefitting non-profit organizations, all requests must be submitted in writing on letterhead listing the following information:
- Full name of the organization
- Name & title of contact person
- Complete mailing address and phone numbers
- Non-profit or tax identification number
- Summary of the organization and geographic area of service
- Details of event
