Check In/Check Out Times
Check In is at 4 p.m. Check Out is at 11 a.m.

Advance Reservations
For guest rooms, dining, golf, tennis and Spa services, advance reservations are required to ensure that your choice of time and service will be available.

 
Advance Deposit
All reservations require an advance deposit to confirm the reservation. Room reservation deposits are equal to the first night’s room charge. Package reservation deposits are equal to one-half the package price.

 
Cancellations
Guest room reservations must be canceled three (3) days prior to your arrival date to ensure a full refund of your advance deposit.

Children
Children under 16 stay free in the same room with parent or adult. Guests of the Club Floor and The Spa must be at least 18 years of age.

 
Taxes
All room rates and packages are subject to state and local taxes. All taxes are subject to change without notice.

 
Smoking Rooms and Policies
Most guest rooms at the resort are nonsmoking. Smoking rooms should be requested when making your reservations. For the continued comfort of our nonsmoking guests, please refrain from smoking in our nonsmoking guest rooms. A fee of $250 will be placed on your account as a result of smoking in a nonsmoking guest room.

 
Designated smoking areas are located in the terraces and parking garages.

Daily Parking Rates
Covered Parking Garages:

Self Parking

$5.00 for first 3 hours, $2.00 each additional hour

$22 maximum daily charge

Exception: $10 per day for Overnight guests

$10.00 per day

$20 Overnight

All other non-garage parking areas are FREE.

 
Pets
We have a pet friendly section of rooms.  Resort guests may bring dogs or cats up to 60 lbs. each, two per room.*  For more information about our Pet Program please click the below link.
